Pascal Vu Anh Quan Saken, a successful international businessman
Vanuatu, has signed a contract with Shenzen Emperor Technology Development Co., Ltd., the leading security printing company and smart card manufacturer and supplier in the People's Republic of China.
He will embark on a joint venture with the company to open a factory in Africa. On this occasion Mr. Saken has also presented the company's new machinery for UV printing for ID and banking cards.
This joint venture will be established in Ghana and Cameroon. Mr. Saken is also the independent agent for Shemzen Emperor Technology Development Co., Ltd. in Africa. He also met with His Excellency Dr. Jose Marques Vieira, the Charge d'Affaire of the Embassy of Guinea-Bissau in the PRC, and was issued a diplomatic passport of Guinea-Bissau at this occasion.

Recently Mr. Saken was also appointed Ministry Counsellor to the Embassy of the Central African Republic in the People's Republic of China.
